There will be some changes you'll need to make, but don't worry it's not as bleak as it looks because you can easily replace sugar with a natural product called stevia. When this becomes a way of life, your blood sugar levels are constantly spiking up and down, wreaking havoc on your body, crippling your pancreas, and influencing ...

Greens First - Great Tasting Green Drink

July 10, 2008 – 12:07 pm
If you've tried some of the different green drinks on the market then I don't have to tell you they taste awful. If the taste wasn't bad enough most of them don't mix well either. What you end up with is a chunky, bad tasting green drink - it's really kind of gross. But for anyone who wants to get 5 or 10 servings of fruits and vegetables in one convenient drink it's worth gritting your teeth and gulping it down. Fortunately we now have a very good tasting green drink that is loaded with vitamins and nutrients. It's called Greens First, and it has a minty taste with a hint of berry. It's very good, and it mixes well. It's not the cheapest green drink on the market, but it's by far the best tasting. Here's the website http://www.greensfirst.com/ if you want to try it for your self.
