Food cravings can be hard beast to tame. Most of the time the foods you crave are the absolute worst things you can eat. What's even worse is that after you give in to the cravings and eat the food you feel bad for having done so. This leads to depression and self hate for not being able to conquer these cravings. I know how hard it can be to give up the foods you crave, and I failed at going cold turkey on junk food dozens of times. That's when I decided to replace the foods I craved instead to eliminating them.
